From order to delivery

  1. Order

    Photos, size and quantity, and you pay right away. From 10 pieces: a quote within 1 working day.

  2. Design

    3D design within 24 working hours of your payment (for a series: after your deposit).

  3. Changes

    We change it until it’s right. We only make it after you approve.

  4. Production and delivery

    After your approval. 1 to 9 pieces: 3–4 weeks. Series: lead time in your quote.

Questions about your product in building bricks

What do I need to send?

Photos of every side, the real sizes if you have them, your logo, and the quantity.

How recognisable will it be?

We work with the colours and shapes that make your product recognisable. Logos and lettering go on as stickers.

Do I pay for the design?

No, the design is included in the price. 1 to 9 pieces are paid when you order, and you get your money back as long as you haven’t approved the design. For a series we ask a €250 deposit before we start, non-refundable; it’s fully deducted from your order.

Can we see one piece first?

Yes. A sample costs the price of one piece in its size (S, M or L). If you order the series within 3 months, we deduct it in full from your order.

Do we get an invoice in the company’s name?

Yes. Enter your VAT number when you order or in your request. A company with a valid VAT number in another EU country pays no Belgian VAT: it is reverse-charged.
