Questions we often get

Which photos do I need?

For the Mini and the Facade, one photo of the front is enough. For the Complete kit, photos of several sides help; what we can't see, we fill in in the same style.

Are these bricks from a well-known brand?

No. We use compatible bricks. They click together the same way as the well-known brands. We're not partnered with any brand, and we'd rather be honest about that.

How long does it take?

Your 3D design arrives within 24 hours, for you to check. All in all it takes 2–3 weeks, from your order until your kit arrives at your door.

What if I don't like the design?

Then we change it, as often as needed. If you're still not happy, you get a full refund as long as you haven't approved the design. Once you approve, we make it to order, and it can't be returned after that.

Is it difficult to build?

No. Every bag is numbered, and the manual shows step by step where each brick goes. No experience needed. Perfect to build together, on a rainy Sunday or over a whole weekend.

Can I give it as a surprise?

Yes. Buy the kit now and send the photos later. After your purchase we email you a secure link to upload the photos. The person you're giving it to won't know a thing until the gift arrives.

Our house is very big. Will that work?

Yes. We bring every facade down to the size of your kit and keep the details that make it recognisable. You see the design and adjust it before we make it.

I live in an apartment. Is that possible?

Of course. We build the whole building, with your window or balcony in it. Mark the building on your photo.

How many bricks are in it?

It depends on your house and your kit. Mini: about 200–300 bricks. Facade: about 450–650 bricks. Complete: about 900–1,100 bricks. You see the exact number in your design.

How big is it?

It depends on your house: a terraced house becomes tall and slim, a wide house lower and broader.
Mini: about 12–16 cm wide, 11–21 cm tall.
Facade: about 18–34 cm wide, 20–38 cm tall.
Complete: up to about 40 cm long.
You see the exact size in your design.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands and France is free and included in the price.
