Questions from businesses
Do we get an invoice in the company’s name?
Yes. Enter your VAT number when you order or in your request. A company with a valid VAT number in another EU country pays no Belgian VAT: it is reverse-charged.
How do we pay?
Your business, and your product from 1 to 9 pieces: when you order. Closing gift: one invoice a month, due within 14 days. Series and showpiece: a €250 deposit at the start, non-refundable and fully credited against your order; the rest after you approve the design, before production.
Can our logo go on it?
Yes, as a sticker on the model or on the base.
What if the design isn’t right?
Then we change it until it’s right. With a kit or a product per piece (1 to 9) you get your money back as long as you haven’t approved the design. With a series or a showpiece we credit your €250 deposit against your order; it’s non-refundable, so if you don’t order after the design, we keep it. You pay the rest only after approval.
How is it delivered?
Free to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany, 3–4 weeks after your approval. Large runs on request.
